Shipping

All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Returns

If you are in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within this period for a refund.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If a product arrives damaged, or something is wrong with it, contact us and we will put it right.

How to start a return

Write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
